Delivery
Deal Decor Furniture & Mattress Outlet has various delivery options to meet your needs. Our teams provide local delivery to metro Atlanta, Georgia and surrounding areas. Cost of service may vary depending on your purchase and location. If you have questions regarding delivery to your area please reach out by web chat or call/text your individual sales rep.
Delivery Service:
- Deliveries are made Mon/Wed/Fri starting at $99 if you don’t live too far away.
- Delivery is 1-5 days out from the date of purchase (depending on items ordered). Some areas may be subject to additional fees and delivery day restrictions.
- Upon receipt of your order, a team member will verify availability and call you to schedule your delivery.
- Customer must arrange to be home or have a responsible adult (18 years or older) there to accept and sign for delivery.
- Upon request, our Delivery Team will call/text when leaving the stop prior, to let you know they are on their way.
- Delivery includes bringing the furniture inside the front door.
- Prior to scheduling delivery, home must be complete: closings, construction and/or remodeling, as well as a driveway that is passable.
- Prior to delivery, pathways and rooms must be cleared to allow proper access.
- Our Delivery Team is restricted from moving any electronic equipment or existing furniture already in the home. If you need your existing furniture moved you will need to pay for and schedule this additional service prior to your scheduled delivery date.
- Haul Away furniture removal available for an added fee – please see our Additional Delivery Services for details.
- We cannot take specific delivery time appointments or requests. The delivery schedule time frame is based on the most efficient routing metrics*. Guaranteed Time frames available in select areas for an additional fee, see Additional Delivery Services for details.

Same Day Delivery Service:
- On occasion, if an item is in stock at our local warehouse we can offer same day delivery for our normal delivery of $99 (if you don't live too far away).

Additional Delivery Services:
The following services can be provided for the listed upgrade fees. All fees listed are in addition to our delivery fee for your area. All services must be scheduled and paid for prior to your delivery date.
Moving Existing Furniture: +$100
If you need existing furniture moved to make room for your new pieces our delivery team will move furniture piece for piece, to another room for an additional fee. This service is limited to like items only, equivalent to what you are having delivered. Our drivers are not permitted to move any electronics.
Haul Away Furniture: +$100
If you need furniture removed/disposed of to make room for your new items, our delivery team can provide that service for an additional fee. This service is limited to like items only, equivalent to what you are having delivered. Items must be disposed of at your curb or community dumpster (you must have prior approval from your community).
Assembly Fee: $60+Up
Assembly is charged per item and depends on the number of pieces as well as complexity and time commitment. Merchandise requiring extensive assembly or items that are considered oversized, such as bunkbeds and very heavy items, are subject to additional fees. Contact your sales associate for a quote prior to delivery.
Time Frame Request: +$100
We offer the option to request a 4 hour time frame of either 8am-12pm, or 12pm-4pm if you don't live too far away! See your Sales Consultant for full details.
Other Surcharges to deliveries over 24 pieces
Rescheduling Delivery
If you need to make changes to your order including delivery date, product(s) on order, or adding warranty protection please contact your Sales Associate by 6pm at least 2 days prior to your delivery date. Changes cannot be made to the order the day before your scheduled delivery or once an item has already been shipped. A $50 fee will be charged for rescheduling or changing product(s) on an order the day prior to your scheduled delivery.
Customer Pickup:
*Manufacturer warehouses are not open to the public therefore only our drivers are able to pickup. We do not offer customer pickup unless you reside outside of our delivery area and any pickups need to be ordered & approved in advance of scheduled pickup.
