We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If an item is damaged upon delivery, we are happy to offer an exchange for the same model (no changes in model or color). To qualify for an exchange, all damages or claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, and photo documentation is required.
Please note that exchanges are only granted for manufacturer's defects. Deal Decor reserves the right to either repair or replace the item depending on the specific circumstances.
If an item is missing parts, such as hardware, Deal Decor will mail the missing parts directly to the customer’s home.
Important: If a replacement is necessary, the original packaging must be kept. Without it, an exchange will not be granted.
